Corte Madera has 14 lift stations and 5 force main stations. By a contractual agreement, CMSA personnel provide for pump station maintenance within Corte Madera. Town of Corte Madera personnel provide all engineering, management and operational services to the wastewater collection system, exclusive of sewage collection pump station maintenance. The area served includes the town of Corte Madera, portions of the Tiburon peninsula, portions of the Greenbrae boardwalk, portions of downtown Larkspur, and portions of unincorporated areas of the county, for a total area served of about 3.84 sq. miles.
