About the Governing Board

The Central Marin Sanitation Agency is governed by a Board of Commissioners consisting of six Board members representing the four joint powers member agencies. Board members are appointed by their respective agency Boards or, in the case of Larkspur, the City Council. The member agencies are San Rafael Sanitation District, Sanitary District No. 1 of Marin County, Sanitary District No. 2 of Marin County, and the City of Larkspur.

Meeting Dates for the Board of Commissioners:
Meetings generally take place once per month on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. However, there are exceptions, so please call ahead to confirm meeting times.
