Sewer service charges are measured in Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs). One EDU is the amount and strength of sewage from one single family household.

For Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2009, CMSA served 56,228 EDU or approximately 129,000 persons in the service area.

Notes:

(1) Debt Service payment on 2006 Series Revenue Bonds. CMSA issued Revenue Bonds in 2006 to finance a Wet Weather Improvement Program and other priority capital improvements. The Debt Service charge increases annually through FY 2009 then stays at approximately the same level through 2031.
