Regular meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at CMSA in San Rafael, CA.
Other scheduled meeting times will be posted on the Agency website. Please call ahead to confirm meeting times.

The Central Marin Sanitation Agency is governed by a Board of Commissioners consisting of six Board members representing the four joint powers member agencies.The member agencies are San Rafael Sanitation District, Sanitary District No. 1 of Marin County, Sanitary District No. 2 of Marin County, and the City of Larkspur. Board members are appointed by their respective agency Boards or, in the case of Larkspur, the City Council. The member agencies determine the appointments and terms of office for their respective representatives.
