Permit class III – Radiator/auto service facilities, car washes, transportation companies |

Permit class IV – Groundwater discharger, CIPP lining, construction runoff CMSA accepts discharge of contaminated groundwater, provided that it is generated in the CMSA service area and it meets discharge limits. Permit required. |
