FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS (FSEs)

Food service establishments (FSE) that require a grease interceptor plan review or exemption letter shall complete the following application and provide the required documents at the time of request.

INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER PERMIT

Permit class I -- Significant/Categorial Industrial User

Permit class II – Manufacturing, mass transit

Permit class III – Radiator/auto service facilities, car washes, transportation companies

Permit class IV – Groundwater discharger, CIPP lining, construction runoff

CMSA accepts discharge of contaminated groundwater, provided that it is generated in the CMSA service area and it meets discharge limits. Permit required.

Hauled Waste Policy specifies area from which each type of waste will be accepted. No permit required, contact CMSA to be placed on list of approved haulers.
